Progress… kinda ( gettingbigger / 7to8plus ) Seated BPSFL increased .75” since August. Ruler is to pubic bone with torso upright. In August measuring this way I was roughly 7.25”. BPEL has increased from 6.9” (almost 7”) to 7.25” (7&3/8ths with a kegel) Currently using my Phallosan cup to vac hanging with weights and using the elastic strap for high tension stretching while seated. I’m interval pumping 4-5 days a week and soft clamping 1-2 days a week. Girth has increased roughly .25” but that’s probably not permanent and mostly EQ. progress,kinda,progress kinda
