Intense itching on penis, please help!!

Intense itching on penis, please help!! ( medical_advice / Temporary_Cheek36 ) My penis and the base around my penis have been itching for like a week and it's just unbearable. It's always there, I can't stop it it sometimes prevents me from sleeping. I have red bumps on my penis and I think they're the ones causing the itching. I tried to get an appointment with a doctor, but all appointments are booked for the next week and I'm going to France on the 24th. I'm hoping I'll be able to get an appointment there (I'm half french). But still what if I can't get one, what should I do?? I'm starting university on the 28 and I don't want to keep on suffering from that itching it's really unbearable I can't please help me Some important info is that I have phimosis and havent been able to properly clean my under my foreskin (I am getting circumcised soon). intense,itching,penis,please,help,intense itching penis,please help
