Help with image mod

Help with image mod ( DegreesOfLewdity / Wrong_Razzmatazz3503 ) I’ve been seeing this mod around because everyone’s showing off their oc’s right. I’m familiar with Sims 4 mods- not DOL Mods. I was hoping someone could tell me how to install this step by step or maybe link a video to help me, if you can’t tell, I’m absolutely terrified of losing any saves or breaking my game and I don’t trust myself one bit to figure it out myself. I’m looking for the Male version of this mod despite most of my oc’s being hermaphrodites… unless there is a hermaphrodite version. help,with,image,mod,help with image,mod
