Is this a good starting point?

Is this a good starting point? ( Dynavap / Wide-Individual4818 ) New to the DynaVap game. I’ve tried friends here and there but I would like my own to toke on a couple times a week. My main goal is health conscious enjoyment as I am an avid trail runner. So does this look like everything I need to get started? Any necessities I’m missing?
