Skin tears

Skin tears ( restoringdick / htsm33 ) Hey guys, for a few weeks I’ve been using the mantor DS now. During the last week I’ve noticed this little skin tear right underneath the glans. I’ve let it heal and then started using the mantor again but yesterday it appeared again in the exact same spot as before. Do you have any tips to avoid this? I’m only using moderate tension with the mantor. Thanks in advance. :) skin,tears,skin tears
