Strange floating light?

Strange floating light? ( HuntShowdown / P0e1ryinm01ion ) Anyone have a clue what the hell I'm looking at? I walked around it and it disappears roughly halfway around it, then reappears when I get to where I'm standing. I'm guessing it's a lighting effect but that's my only guess. strange, floating, light, strange floating light
